All goods supplied by the Company are warranted free of defects for 2 years from the date of supply provided. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by the Buyer or any third party, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Company's aprroval.

 

 

The Company shall not liable to the Buyer for any indirect or consequntial loss or damage, costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsover which arise out of or in connection with the Contract. The Contract excludes or limits the liability of the Company for the dealth or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence or fraudelent misrepresentation.
