MANUFACTURER HEREBY GRANTS A WARRANTY ON LOFT LADDERS EFFECTIVE FOR 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE
Warranty Conditions for Attic Ladders:
1.
The Manufacturer, in the warranty period, ensures in the manufactured loft ladders/L-shaped doors (hereinafter referred to as “Products”)
: durability of wooden elements, proper functioning of product opening and closing elements provided that
Products did not sustain any damage from the moment of receipt by Purchaser,
installation and Products' handling during installation was performed in compliance with the attached product installation manual
2.
Rights resulting from the granted warranty shall be exercised only after presenting by the Purchaser
a valid Warranty Registration Card and proof of purchase.
3.
A Warranty Registration Card which is not fully completed shall be void.
4.
On discovery of any defects – faults, the Purchaser shall be obliged to notify Manufacturer of their existence within 30 days from the date of their discovery.
5.
If the Manufacturer is responsible for the discovered defects, he may at his own discretion:
reimburse the value of Products corresponding to their purchase price, with Products being returned to the Manufacturer
replace Products at Seller's
entrust seller or other authorised company with the repair of Products at the Manufacturer's expense

In no event shall Manufacturer's liability for defects of Products exceed their purchase value. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for damage which occurred
as a consequence of Products' defects such as damage repair, loss of profit or other.
7.
Any damage which occurred as a result of improper: storage, maintenance or usage and other causes not being Manufacturer fault can be removed only at the
Purchaser's expense
8.
Conditions of Manufacturer's Warranty shall not be considered a complement to general regulations concerning claims but their replacement,

This warranty does not exclude, restrict or suspend Purchaser's rights resulting from non-compliance of goods with the agreement.
MANUFACTURER HEREBY GRANTS A WARRANTY ON ROOF WINDOWS EFFECTIVE FOR 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE
Warranty Conditions for Roof Windows:
Fakro firm hereafter referred to as Manufacturer asserts that manufactured by Fakro and under Fakro trade mark windows, flashings and
accessories indicated in the above warranty and hereafter referred to as Products are of high quality, the materials used in production are durable and the pruducts operate without failure, under the condition, that:
the products were not damaged by Seller, Buyer or Third Party;
the products were not damaged from the moment when purchased by Buyer;
the installation of the product has been done according to the fitting instructions
the installation has been carried out in the recommnended surfaces
the products have been exploited accoding to the user`s manual
the Buyer was unable to prevent faults, defects, damage, despite installation and usage pursuant to the installation, usage manuals
there were only Fakro spare parts and accessories used
the repairs of the products were not done by unautorized personnel
other faults, defects, damage not included in the above enumeration, have not resulted from the use of faulty meterials, production or construction errrors
The warranty includes the faults of the product which occured on the side of the Manufacturer, understood as applying faulty materials, production and construction errors.
In order to use service under warranty, the Buyer has to submit the warranty form and the purchase receipt
The warranty period begins from the day, the product was taken by Buyer (who became first owner) of a brand new product.
In case when the Buyer is unable to document the poduct issue date, Fakro reserves the right to specify the warranty period on the basis of documents indicating the probable date of production
Or, when the course of warranty commences not later than 6 months from the production date placed on the product
The warranty form, which is not filled in properly is not valid.
In case of the defective product, the Buyer is bound to inform the manufacturer within 30 days after the defects has been discovered. Visible defects should be reported within 30 days from the date of purchase, but before the product is installed
If the conditions mentioned above are not fulfilled, it will result in the loss of the warranty.
In case the manufacturer is responsible for the faults, he will decide:
to refund the the cost of product according to the purchased price, after the product is returned
to replace the product for the Distributor or the Buyer
to repair the product in the Buyer place
to entrust the repair to the Distributor or other autorized firm on the Manufacturer cost
to send necessary spare parts free of charge, which is covered by this Warranty, if the Buyer is capable of removing the faults himself
The Manufacturer is the only body which decides about accepting and the way of solving the warranty. In case, there is a decision on the Product replacement, the Manufacturer can provide similar product of the same type, kind and quality.
The Manufacturer responsibility for the faults of the product cannot exceed the cost of purchase. The Manufacturer is not responsible for the costs owning to the faults of the Product such as repairs, loss of income, etc.
The Damage, which occur due to improper storage, maintenance, installation and operation of the Product not in conformity with the user`s manual and other causes not owing to the Manufacturer, can be removed at the Buyer expense.
In case of service claims, concerning the product, which is installed higer than 2 m over the floor, the client has to provide to the service
Service technicians in some cases may not conform to deadlines due to the impossible to assess number of service requests. This does not entitle
you to claiming damages or any other claims. If the service work cannot be completed due to the lack of spare parts or an unexpected increase in the scope of work, any claims or damages in relation to Fakro are excluded.
All the changes in wood color or disapperance of color owning to such factors as sun/condensation/ acid rains/salt and also other occurrences causing corrosion or changes in material, changes being a natural process, obstacles or limitations in operation of the Product as a result of ice formations, snow, tree branches and any other damages and faults, which are not faults according to our warranty.
In case the Manufacturer is summoned to do repairs , which are not justified, all costs of this claim will be covered by the Customer.
All the fitting instructions, maintenace and user`s manual are provided by Fakro when ordered.

The Manufacturer is not responsible for the Products damages and losses on the side of the Client, when arisen as a result of occurrences beyond the Client control, eg (“Acts of God”, etc.).
The Manufacturer is the only body which decides about accepting and the way of solving the warranty. In case, there is a decision on the Product replacement, the Manufacturer can provide similar product of the same type, kind and quality.
The present warranty does not exclude, restrict or suspend the rights of the Client, even if there is no concordance of the products with the invoice, concerning the pruchaced by the Client Produts.
The Client (the Buyer) declares that the received Product was complete, without faults and of good quality, provided with fitting instruction and user`s manual.
The Client (the Buyer) accepts the conditions of the present warranty.
